I listened to some of this last night and again this morning and it made me cry so much. I don't think I've ever listened to an album first time through and thought this guy is a F**king genius. The lyrics, the composition, the delivery everything. His voice is truly amazing and has a quality that sends shivers up my spine (and down again). I can only thank both you and Baby B for telling me off for not having this album. You have my eternal gratitude.

Grace by Jeff Buckley was Bill Clintons/Monica Lewinsky's favourite album. I wonder which song brought out the cigar?

Well i believe i did tell her some time ago . Well to keep my job i better mention some others of Jeffs ilk. His dad Tim's first self titled album while being more folk still has that ethereal voice that they both share. For that same spine tingling feel then Nick Drake is a huge find for anyone who has never heard him. And for a bit rockier emotionally charged stuff the last Elliot Smith album really makes me emotional. For those who like his quiet dreamy songs then Sun Kil Moon and Songs: Ohia are dream finds for you. Sun Kil Moon also released under Red House Painters and they add a little Cure flavour to the mix. Most Jeff lovers will adore any of these albums but lets face it - there is only one Grace...........mores the pity.

Young Larry just put me on to Elliot Smith too, you're slipping Nesh. I bought the Nick Drake album yesterday, not having seen him before I would have thought he was black. I was surprised to see a tall lanky white lad.

I at last bought Love - Forever Changes. One of my favourite albums that I have had so much difficulty tracing down to buy, but I found it at last. And it's so bloody brilliant. Baboosh, lets talk. I saw him in concert, and i have all his albums too! Even got the first album on vinyl! Forever Changes is a must own. This is the coolest man on the planet as far as im concerned.

I bought David Bowie's Aladdin Sane and Blondie's Parallel Lines for $10 each this week. And yesterday I got Jethro Tull's Aqualung for $15. I think, were you to take Hunky Dory's A-Side and Aladdin Sane's B-Side and stick them together, you'd have created my favourite album ever. As is, they're both just extremely good. I just got 4 original Bowie vinyl albums from the UK for $10 each...thats ORIGINAL release vinyl! Here they are worth over 50-60 dollars. Also got two Marley records and Marvin Gayes Whats Goin On for same price.

I remember you telling me about sitting in the dark, I didn't realise it was Blue you were talking about though. I obviously don't listen to you much ;D That trunk must muffle the sound or something.

I only know of Chutes to Narrow but I've heard there's one before that? Has a very cool cover, and I love 'Kissing the Lipless' so I'm thinking of getting it next pay.
