Nabbed this idea from the Guardian website. Music that sends a chill through you, makes your scalp tingle...
Lullaby - The Cure
I agree with someone on that site about Forever Autumn from Jeff Wayne's War of the Worlds.
On the classical side of things - Shostakovich's Cello Concerto. Also, 3rd movement of his 11th Symphony - again, he uses the cello to great effect. Actually, the opening of the 11th Symphony is quite menacing and suspenseful in itself.

I haven't heard that song, so I can't answer that.
Another song that springs to mind is A Mad World from the Donnie Darko soundtrack - the re-working of the Tears for Fears song.

I thought of Danse Macabre, which was used as the theme music from Jonathan Creek. That's quite haunting.

Easy -
Manson and his “family” moved into Dennis Wilsons house for a short while, during which time Dennis used one of Manson’s songs on a Beach Boys album “Never Learn Not To Love", which was originally called 'Cease to exist'. The first line of the song was changed to Cease to 'resist'.
Its a spooky song and seems to inhabit the creepiness of Manson even though he isnt on it. The section "Im you kind" repeated is chilling.

oooh - any more. This is quite fun in a macabre way.
There must be heaps of tracks used in horror movies too. I might get onto it. Create a horror mix.

The music used in a computer game called The 7th Guest always used to creep me out, heh! Kind of like that "horror movie" feel - haunted house kind of thing. A soundtrack was made actually, but it's Ebay-Rare
