I think Dean will win too. And he's a Melbourne boy as well. I feel like being parochial. That's a nice change ;D I guess I am a proud Melburnian/Victorian, but do I have my moments when I look further afield. Lee Harding's from Melbourne, true. But it was really his hair that caught my attention. And I went for Casey over Anthony. It's really saying something if I support a contestant from Sydney over one from Melbourne.

And what a little rippa it was. Make sure you go to www.allmusic .com to hear the songs mentioned. We make our call on who is in and who is up for possible Wildcard entry. Whats with this website www.idol.picturethisonline.com.au Tell us if you have heard anything. Shakespeare the Meerkat from Meerkat Manor got bitten by a snake. However he has managed to be added as a wildcard entry for this years Idol. He will certainly bring his unique country flava to the show. Good luck you crazy cat. Guys, i have been posting reviews of each night on the website discussing our views on the performances.
I have been shocked at a few people saying that they thought Chris G was really good.

Yeah Chr [/img]is did not live up to my expectations whereas Bobby Flynn did.Something different isn't he? Maybe Joseph will go through but Ricky was big on idolforums and chaos said the public will not cotton on to Bobby, I will paste what he said here. ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Group 2 results I quite enjoyed tonight’s show and I think it was the best so far in this series. To start with, both Reigan and Jessica were announced as the two people to make it into the finals. That’s what I had hoped for so I’m quite pleased with that result. Then we saw the last group of guys perform and overall they really all did well so it was quite an entertaining show. Group 3 First up was Ricky, who has the looks and the voice. His performance was very good but his song choice was a bit boring. I predict that he’ll make it into the finals. Then we saw James perform. I liked the song but he wasn’t really good enough for Idol unfortunately. The same could be said for Chris who performed well but I have doubts. He might be lucky though and make it into the finals. Bobby was the only disappointment tonight. Sure he’s unique and I appreciate that, but there’s no way that the teenyboppers will vote for him. His look and his voice is just too unique for a pop music contest. I’m sure that the judges will select him in the wildcard round so I’d advise people to vote for Ricky, or Joseph who performed next. He has the look and a good vocal ability. He might have nerves as well but he also has good potential, and developing that in Idol is what it’s all about. Then you’ve got Guy (“Mutto”) who gave quite an entertaining performance tonight. He did exactly what you’re supposed to do at this stage in Idol and in any other stage as well; he worked the crowd and sang well. I hope that he’s chosen for the wildcard round if the public don’t vote for him. To clarify who Kyle was talking about from ‘Big Brother’, that was Flash Gordon (Sloan). He had the unusual hairstyle that is similar to Guy’s. Anyway, next up is the last six of the female group and I'm keen to see Lavina perform in particular (no pressure of course). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hahahah. Was just looking at some muppet pictures and saw Miss Piggy's wardrobe malfunction. Excellent You've got to admit she looks just like Kate DeAraugo.

GO BOBBY GO I'm with you Nesh GO BOBBY I do feel the younger mob will not find him as appealing but then Damien got through and he doesn't fit the pop idol sterio type either I have been REALLY disappointed with the standard of the girls this year - no one has stood out but it's still early days Looking forward to tonight Imparja don't like Idol it's on at 10.30pm and 2.30pm on friday so it's another late night for me

when Guy was asked the usual re the Idol media comments "the best lot we've had so far to choose from" (as usual, every year) he mentioned that he knew of one contestant that has an incredible voice. Taking Dean's background into consideration, I rather suspect it could be this one
Unquote idolforums.
I rather think now that Guy might have been referring to Bobby.

So what did you think of guy's new single? It sounded a bit like the Idol winner's single to me. I'm sure the fans will buy it but I can't see it making him any new ones. He's got a great voice but he wastes it on so-so songs IMO.

Yeah it was a real stinker.
I guess it was inevitable that he would go for the big selling single, however part of me was hoping he would be more concerned with making music that will last.
I suggest he get the hell out of this country. Get to the US or UK.

He has lost the sweet quality in his voice almost.
He sounded like a post pubescent youth.
Hope it is nothing permanent.

Just had a listen. Has anyone from past Idols appealed to you as much as Lisa, Ganesha?
re. teenage girls. nothing to do with education but everything to do with being a teenage girl. Thankfully they grow out of it eventually. David Cassidy (sigh)

I own David Cassidy records!
Well i was all Guy Guy Guy for me since season 1. Im not sure that will change this season as far as amazing performances on the show. But as far as singers that i might actually like enough to buy their music, that has yet to happen!
And given i listen to and buy a LOT of music that says something doesnt it!
