Tragic news.
Today I found out I cant' have foxtel cable due to inadequate pipe sizes, but all is not lost as I can have a satellite. We no good for me. I was going to to have cable internet and unlimited downloads. Plus I took the afternoon off to get it all hooked up.
So wayyyyyyyyyyyyy behind on the podcasts, only on dial up. Wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy behind on music downloading, and quite frankly, a little pissed off by it.

I own David Cassidy records! Well i was all Guy Guy Guy for me since season 1. Im not sure that will change this season as far as amazing performances on the show. But as far as singers that i might actually like enough to buy their music, that has yet to happen! And given i listen to and buy a LOT of music that says something doesnt it! Whoa, a man of taste. You wouldn't have any Monkee records too? (before David Cassidy there was Davy Jones) |

You have no idea, i even have a Monkees CD! I have a Shaun Cassidy record. Well a few actually. And i LIKE them! I love Mike Nesmith, great songwriter. Dont mind the 70's pop scene. It doesnt take up much of my collection mind you  |

I have a Monkees CD. I don't have any vinyls left - all lost in the great move out of home. I bought it out of nostalgia, mostly But even though they were only together for a short time they produced a lot of hits.
Daydream Believer, I'm a Believer and Mary Mary are my favourites.

Broadband and my new computer for me either tomorrow, Wednesday or Thursday!
Then a few days of catching up with all the stuff I couldn't access over the last 6 years.....

It's a pick and choose thing with providers here obviously. One street yes, the next street, no. You have been here, so you know the geography. Haha though. I am always ahead of you..... |

Most suburban areas have ADSL available, only a few houses have issues with distance. Not sure why 4213 cant get it.

I can get it? I just wanted cable on foxtel for convenience.
Already got a router, just need to find a reasonable ISP for it. Cable gave me unlimited for $60 a month that's all. I'm working all day, and had taken the afternoon off to be connected so just blurted out my disdain.
Can I set up at night? Do these ISPs have late support for connection?
