Ok so I haven't discussed this 'online' as preferred to do it with my family. but gosh how great would it be if Zach won!!
He would break the stereotypical Aussie larrikin winner. The nice Aussie bloke, with good values and likeable by all. Let's have someone win who has lived a bit differently.
Zak is gay, wears corsets, is very feminine, can be bitchy and such a lovely soul and is trying so hard to be true to himself. I hope he has banished a lot of myths about the 'gay' bloke and the true blue Aussie. I loved how Trav and him have bonded, though they are poles apart. I loved how Zach opened Trav's eyes a bit into another world and how Zach dropped his fear of thinking Trav would not accept him.
I love it when he 'camps' up and feels secure in that role. Like the 'hello bitches' to the UK big brother. I felt quite proud to be in Aus actually because the English seemed a little insipid against the Aussies. I do love the directness and friendliness of the Aussies, it made me see how insecure the English are actually. Still love them too, oh to be stuck on the bridge.
Every year I enjoy this show, despite the 'yawns' from others. I happen to love reality tv and am not ashamed to say it.
I think this was a great season actually because the personalities were very normal.
Though I have to say I'm in the unique position this year to say I'd be happy if any one of the four won as all have been 'themselves' through out, but a little hope that the wildcard intruder could win through, just for the break of concept for a winner.
Gosh I cracked up at the games last night. best yet. Trav getting giddy was hilarious and that shape game had me in hysterics.
