My earliest memory is Bambi. Thumper made a big impression. I still think he is one of the most memorable of screen characters.

Yay for Meg! First post and first thread in the Movie/TV board!
The first movie I remember going to is Star Wars at the age of 6. Dad drove the whole family to a drive-in. I still love the movie to this day.

The first movie I can remember at the cinemas is Jurassic Park.
About four times.

It was at the Christchurch Regent Centre and it was The Sound of Music.
I still love this movie to this day.
Actually my tagline at work given to me was 'How do solve a problem like Angela (same number of syllables see, clever eh eh?)

Funny. The first movie I ever remember seeing was Sound of Music too. I was 4.
Bambi was probably my 2nd movie. If not, it might have been My Fair Lady.

I think it was the Little Mermaid. I was absolutely obsessed with it at one point, I had an Ariel doll, a Louis doll, the books, the music . . . it was all part of my princess phase.

I loved that movie as well - and many other Disney movies, like Dumbo, Alice In Wonderland, Robin Hood, etc...
